Hi, there!

Hi, I’m Sam Jamili, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 145071) passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s harder chapters.

I offer trauma-informed therapy for those navigating chronic illness, medical trauma, and religious deconstruction throughout California through telehealth!

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a hairdresser - listening to stories, witnessing transformation, and learning how powerful it can be just to have someone hold space for you without judgment. That same spirit guides my work in therapy today: grounded, curious, and deeply human.

Whether you’re living with chronic illness yourself, supporting a loved one through medical challenges, or healing from trauma related to medical treatment or faith-based systems, my goal is to help you find steadiness in the uncertainty. I offer a warm, collaborative environment where you can drop the mask, be honest about how you’re really feeling, and begin to reconnect with a sense of hope and strength.
